The Center for Case Management Philosophy

Providing Cost/Quality Consultation to Health Care Since 1986.

Our core business is customized consultation and education for managing clinical care toward measurable outcomes. Although many issues in health care are national, most of the solutions need to be "local," i.e., successful approaches adapted to each client's mission, culture, and resources.

The Center's consultants are doctors, nurses, social workers, and other health care professionals with deep management experience and the strongest commitment to helping your organization balance quality and financial priorities. We are thoughtful, creative, and responsive in our work, resulting in practical recommendations with the highest precision and the least trauma.

We provide a smooth transition from assessment through recommendations to implementation, with results that give our clients the edge in their market. Our ultimate goal is to achieve client self-sufficiency and sustainable change through our coaching and developmental strategies.
